Dr Lindsay McMillan OAM

Lindsay McMillan has been Managing Director of Converge International since May 2007.

With over 25 years’ business experience leading complex organisations including government, healthcare, broadcasting, community services and social enterprises; Lindsay brings a high degree of entrepreneurial leadership to these roles as chief executive and managing director. He is also a non-executive director on a number of boards.

Lindsay’s areas of specialisation include business growth, human resource management, strategic development and relationship management.
